Objectifs

A l’issue de la formation le stagiaire aura la capacité de :

  • Savoir lire un schéma hydraulique.
  • Comprendre le fonctionnement d’un système hydraulique complet.
  • Consigner hydrauliquement une installation hydraulique.

Programme

1 SÉCURITÉ HY3 : IDENTIFIER LES POINTS DE MISE EN SÉCURITÉ POUR INTERVENTION PAR L’ANALYSE DU SCHÉMA (CHARGÉ DE CONSIGNATION)
  • Consignation – Déconsignation.
2. CONCEPT SYSTÈME
  • Circuit ouvert – Circuit fermé.
3. LA GÉNÉRATION HYDRAULIQUE
  • Puissance électrique non imposée : Régulation à pression constante et pression constante déportée – Régulation à pression et débit constants (Load-Sensing).
  • Puissance électrique imposée : Régulation à puissance constante.
4. LA DISTRIBUTION
  • Variante de symbolisation.
5. VALVES DE DÉBIT ET PRESSION
  • Vitesse : Mouvements simultanés – Synchronisation.
  • Effort : Blocage – Charges motrices.
6. LES RÉCEPTEURS
  • Vérins : Simple effet – Double effet – Rotatif.
  • Moteurs rapides avec réducteur mécanique – Moteurs lents en prise directe.
7. LECTURE DE SCHÉMAS
  • Méthodologie.
  • Identification des symboles et des circuits.
  • Analyse des phases de fonctionnement de la machine.
  • Interprétation des pressions et débits.
