Objectifs
A l’issue de la formation le stagiaire aura la capacité de :
- Savoir lire un schéma hydraulique.
- Comprendre le fonctionnement d’un système hydraulique complet.
- Consigner hydrauliquement une installation hydraulique.

1 SÉCURITÉ HY3 : IDENTIFIER LES POINTS DE MISE EN SÉCURITÉ POUR INTERVENTION PAR L’ANALYSE DU SCHÉMA (CHARGÉ DE CONSIGNATION)
- Consignation – Déconsignation.
2. CONCEPT SYSTÈME
- Circuit ouvert – Circuit fermé.
3. LA GÉNÉRATION HYDRAULIQUE
- Puissance électrique non imposée : Régulation à pression constante et pression constante déportée – Régulation à pression et débit constants (Load-Sensing).
- Puissance électrique imposée : Régulation à puissance constante.
4. LA DISTRIBUTION
- Variante de symbolisation.
5. VALVES DE DÉBIT ET PRESSION
- Vitesse : Mouvements simultanés – Synchronisation.
- Effort : Blocage – Charges motrices.
6. LES RÉCEPTEURS
- Vérins : Simple effet – Double effet – Rotatif.
- Moteurs rapides avec réducteur mécanique – Moteurs lents en prise directe.
7. LECTURE DE SCHÉMAS
- Méthodologie.
- Identification des symboles et des circuits.
- Analyse des phases de fonctionnement de la machine.
- Interprétation des pressions et débits.
