- CHECKING AND ADJUSTING PRESSURE AND FLOW DEVICES
- Choice of measurement points.
- Use of measuring equipment: Pressure gauge – Flowmeter –
- Adjustment procedures.
- Mistakes to avoid.
- BUILDING CIRCUITS ON POWER SIMULATORS
- Circuit with pressure limitation.
- Circuit with speed limit.
- Anti-shock circuit.
- Reduced pressure circuit.
- Driving load control circuit.
Part 2
- HY2 SAFETY: INTERVENTIONS ON MACHINES / INSTALLATIONS THAT ARE NOT LOCKED OUT
- Performance control – Adjustment – Sampling.
- Sub-assembly exchange (Directional control valves – Hydraulic power unit, etc.).
- Separation – Tagout.
- BUILDING CIRCUITS ON POWER SIMULATORS
- Circuit with accumulator and make-and-break switches.
- Circuit with constant pressure and remote constant pressure regulation.
- Circuit with constant power control.
ESSENTIAL: Trainees must bring: PPE
