- MONITORING EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE
- Test methods – Test points – Procedure – Interpretation of results.
 - Pressure – Flow – Speed – Temperature – Efficiency.
 - Refresher on setting modes.
 - Awareness of how to build machine folders.
 
 - EQUIPMENT MONITORING
- Hydraulic fluids: Characteristics – Performance Control – Sampling procedure – Analysis – Interpretation of results.
 - Pollution: Nature – Origin – Purity classes – Control methods – Filter elements – Filtration methods.
 - Destructive phenomena: Temperature – Pollution – Cavitation
 - Expertise – Diagnostic. Overloads – Assembly faults – Vibrations, etc.
 
 - APPLIED MAINTENANCE ON SIMULATORS
- Use of machine folders.
 - Analysis of circuit operation.
 - Pressure, flow and temperature control.
 - Measuring volumetric efficiency.
 - Adjusting a pump.
 - Control of particulate pollution levels.
 
 
Part 2
- HY4 SAFETY: UNDERSTANDING SAFETY IN INDUSTRIAL OR MOBILE HYDRAULICS
- Commissioning: Checking – Adjusting – Testing – Tuning.
 - Process or control system modifications.
 - Adapting circuits to safety regulations.
 - Troubleshooting.
 
 - FAULT-FINDING ON SIMULATORS
- Troubleshooting methodology.
 - Analysis of causes.
 - Diagnostics.
