Objectives
At the end of the course, trainees will be able to:
- Read a hydraulic diagram.
 - Understand how a complete hydraulic system works.
 - Hydraulically lock out a hydraulic installation.
 
Program
1 HY3 SAFETY: IDENTIFY T
- Lockout – Removal of lockout.
 
2. SYSTEM CONCEPT
- Open circuit – Closed circuit.
 
3. HYDRAULIC GENERATION
- Electrical power not required: Constant pressure and remote constant pressure control – Constant pressure and flow control (Load-Sensing).
 - Electrical power required: Constant power control.
 
4. DISTRIBUTION
- Symbolisation variant.
 
5. FLOW AND PRESSURE VALVES
- Speed: Simultaneous movements – Synchronisation.
 - Effort: Blockage – Drive loads.
 
6. RECEIVERS
- Cylinders: Single-acting – Double-acting – Rotary.
 - High-speed motors with mechanical gearbox – Low-speed direct drive motors.
 
7. READING DIAGRAMS
- Methodology.
 - Identification of symbols and circuits.
 - Analysis of the machine’s operating phases.
 - Interpretation of pressures and flows.
 
Trainees must bring:  Hydraulic diagrams of their machines
