  1. CLASSIFICATION OF ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED VALVES
    • Proportional valves – High-performance proportional valves – Servo valves, etc.
    • Control system block diagram – Open loop – Closed loop, etc.
    • Proportional solenoid – Torque solenoid – Force solenoid.
    • Technology – Static characteristics – Dynamic characteristics – Fields of application – Filtration requirements, etc.
  2. OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF CONTROL ELECTRONICS
    • Voltage – Current – Resistance.
    • Board overview – Power supply – Ramp generation Jump – Gain – Zero adjustment – Output amplification – Definition of setpoints – Definition of signals.
  3. USE OF MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT
    • Multimeter – Oscilloscope – Data acquisition device.
  4. ELECTRICAL PRACTICE ON CONTROL ELECTRONICS
    • Wiring of analogue boards / digital boards.
    • Synoptic analysis.
    • Identification of functions and setting points.
    • Signal control.
    • Plotting features.
Part 2
  1. PRACTICAL USE OF PROPORTIONAL VALVES WITH ANALOGUE AND DIGITAL BOARDS ON POWER SIMULATORS
    • Hydraulic and electrical circuit wiring.
    • Start-up.
    • Signal controls.
    • Specifications.
    • Highlighting adjustment actions.
    • Circuit types: Flow management with and without pressure balance – Driving load restraint.
