HOW IFC TRITECH TRAINING WORKS
What happens after the training course ?
When trainees follow our courses, they have access to free, unlimited technical assistance in connection with the training they have taken, via a dedicated e-mail address given to them during their course.
I have a disability, what do I need to know? (disabled access standards for buildings)
Please let us know the nature of your disability when you make your booking so that we can welcome you under the best possible conditions. Our centres have disabled access and adapted toilets.
What technical resources are offered during training courses?
We have around twenty power simulators, including 1 thermal and 2 movable. Our trainees can use a number of different power packs. A mini-excavator is also available at our Roanne site (42).
Some courses require trainees to bring their own equipment: PPE, work clothing, safety shoes and hearing protection. They may also need to bring diagrams of their machines and a multimeter. All the information requested is clearly specified in the course description.
How does a training course work?
- Inter-company training (catalogue): Our training courses generally last 4 days, with some modules organised over 2 sessions of 4 days each, depending on the subject covered.
- Intra-company training (customised): Training courses can take place on our site or yours. To customise the programme and define the duration, please contact us.
- Distance learning: Some modules are available online, for greater flexibility.
FINANCING IFC TRITECH TRAINING COURSES
The professionnalisation contract
The professionalisation contract is a work-linked training contract, combining practical on-the-job training with theoretical training in a training organisation or company.
Financing via the CPF
The CPF enables everyone to finance their vocational training, with all or part of the cost of the training paid for throughout their working life, right up to retirement.
This scheme is aimed at private-sector employees and jobseekers who have previously been in paid employment.
The application is made by the employee. For training to take place during working hours, your employer must give you permission to be absent.
The CPF training account is topped up by €500 each year (usually in March), up to a maximum of €5,000. The least qualified people (<CAP) or people with disabilities receive €800 per year, with a ceiling of €8,000.

Financing via OPCOs
As part of continuing education, a company can apply to its local OPCO for all or part of the cost of training its employees, so that they can improve their skills and progress in their jobs, or even change profession.
OPCOs are also able to finance training leading to diplomas, qualifications or certifications, registered on the RNCP (National Index of Professional Certifications), to enable employees to acquire new knowledge and skills, whether directly linked to their current position or aimed at preparing them for a career change.
To obtain funding from your OPCO, you need to follow the steps below :
- Identify your OPCO. There are currently 11 OPCOs in France, each dedicated to certain professional branches or sectors of activity
- Select a Qualiopi-certified training centre and request a quote for the training course you are planning
- Return the signed estimate, together with a request for financial support, to your OPCO
- Wait for the confirmation notice from your OPCO
- The employer makes up the remainder of the cost when the OPCO is unable to finance the full cost of training
