IFC TRITECH, a
recognised partner in the industrial and mobile sectors for 50 years
Founded in 1974 and a Shell subsidiary for more than 20 years, IFC is a key player in the market for continuing training in oil-hydraulics and lubrication.
TRITECH, for its part, has been providing training in mobile and industrial hydraulics, and machine electrics, for nearly 30 years.
In just a few years, these two companies have become the gold standard in continuing education, and have extended their expertise to electrics and hydrogen.
A joint entity, IFC TRITECH, was created in 2023, sealing a partnership that had become a matter of course between the two companies.
At the heart of this new adventure is a strengthened team of trainers who are passionate about their profession and passing on their skills. Using a dynamic, open teaching style that encourages discussion and dialogue, they are keen to pass on their knowledge to their trainees.
A tailor-made teaching approach for cutting-edge
industrial training courses
We work with our customers upstream to tailor each course to their needs. IFC TRITECH has made a conscious decision to emphasise practical experience, and we also want to give our trainees the opportunity to put their latest theoretical knowledge to the test using a variety of media :
- 20 simulation training benches (some of which can be moved),
- 200 components usable on benches,
- 500 demonstration components,
- 30 measurement recording and control units,
- 30 interactive 3D simulations to illustrate practical cases.

IFC Tritech hosts its trainees in premises located in the Centre Val de Loire and Rhône-Alpes regions.
Dedicated to inter-company training, our two branches offer :
- Modern training rooms equipped with simulation benches
- A relaxation area for breaks
- Accessible parking
Some courses are also available via distance learning.
Unable to send your employees to us? Need to train your staff directly on your machines? We also provide in-house training, where our trainers come to your premises, using your usual equipment or bringing all the necessary materials. IFC TRITECH has mobile simulation benches, enabling our experts to carry out all our industrial training courses on your premises.
Our training courses are also accessible internationally, with trainers able to deliver their technical knowledge in English and having the ability to support international teams.

- Assessment questionnaires are available if you need to check the skill level of your employees,
- Our study will provide you with a precise quote, including guaranteed dates and a simplified registration process, whether it’s a course already in our catalogue or a customised solution.

Accessibility
of professional qualifications and quality of training courses
All the training provided by IFC TRITECH is QUALIOPI certified, a guarantee of the quality of the services offered to all trainees.
To comply with the provisions of the French Labour Code, IFC TRITECH trains the relevant employees in electrical accreditation. Our specialist mobile electrical trainers prepare trainees for NF C18-550 certification, which is compulsory for anyone who has to safely carry out electrical or non-electrical tasks.
Some of our courses also enable participants to obtain a professional qualification registered with the RNCP and eligible for the CPF. These certification courses, such as the CQPM and CCPM, are dedicated to a specific trade and offered to employees and jobseekers.
